Why attend Group Therapy?

Group therapy offers something unique: the opportunity to heal and grow alongside people who may understand what you’re going through. Sharing experiences with others can reduce feelings of isolation, build connection, and remind you that you don’t have to navigate difficult experiences alone.

It also provides a supportive space to learn from others and practice new ways of relating in real time. Whether you’re navigating relationships, identity, grief, or a major life transition, group therapy can help you feel understood while developing deeper insight into yourself and your relationships.

Motherhood can bring joy and connection. It can also come with stress, anxiety, overwhelm, guilt, and a loss of connection with yourself. Whether your children are babies, teens, or adults, this group offers a supportive space to care for your mental and emotional well-being.

Together, we’ll explore the emotional challenges of motherhood, develop practical tools for managing stress and difficult emotions, strengthen relationships, and make space for your own needs and identity, not just your role as a mom.
